Ordering again

I don't always give reviews unless a company really offers great service. However, I realized today that I am coming back to this same company again for their awesome price on a Soresto flea collar. What is offered locally for up to $70, I can get here lower and shipped free. This is the 3rd time I have order from PetCaresupplies, so I figured it's time to give them a shout out. Great prices! Very satisfied customer

Products on time!

I got my heart worm prevention on time, in good condition and was a good value. I have used other online companies of the same type and this got me the product fastest and third time using!

Fake Seresto

Do not order Seresto collars from this scam. Great price great hoax, not real Soresto 3/$89.69 but totally counterfit collars.

The Great, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Very simple, the prices are "Great" The delivery time is Good, the customer service is "very Bad" and if you get to contact someone by some luck, they can be "really Ugly"

My Bad

I went with the product the rescue org used when I adopted my dog, and it was PetCareSupplies. The pricing was amazingly low. (like $90 difference for 9 doses). But I used it not only because of the pricing, but it was used by the rescue. I ordered, I got a call to call them because I had made 2 orders on the same day; 2 days later an email to call them back to confirm. Then I get a confirmation email for 6 of the doses; I wait a day, call (after 15 rings picked up)and ask for confirmation of the 3 doses. And I ask why the $1.50 service charge added? That came from my bank to process....because they are outside of the United States. I did not know they were not located IN the United States, and try very hard not to purchase pet products that are not. I will not be purchasing from them again because I am uncomfortable not being made in the USA, I am pretty upset by the wait time (up to 14 days to reach me) and not knowing that in advance. Live and learn, and be cautious if you choose not to purchase items not made in the USA for your pets.

Petcaresupplies.com is great

Petcaresupplies.com is great. I contacted customer care prior to ordering Bravecto because in the US this preventative requires a vet prescription. I have been getting this from my vet. They responded right away explaining they get this preventative from Countries that don't require a prescription. I ordered this on June 8th and received the Bravecto on June 15th. I did pay the $ 6.99 for tracking and was kept informed each step of the way. I saved 50% off what I was getting this for from my vet. Extremely pleased with the Company. I would highly recommend PetCareSupplies.com

Non responsive customer service - orders cxl multiple times

When I called the customer service number it goes to voicemail. Use the text service and they keep you on hold for 10 minutes.
I mean multiple attempts to order dog medication at each time orders are canceled.

THIS IS A (UNITED KINGDOM) ONLINE COMPANY THAT SELLS MY (SERESTO FLEA & TICK COLLARS) FOR HALF THE COST OF ORDERING FROM A (USA) PET SUPPLY WEBSITE. SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY (2 WEEKS) BUT THE PRICE IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!

Very helpful and courteous staff…

Very helpful and courteous staff member. I was not able to order the items I wanted because of limited supply. The member not only placed my order but was very knowledgeable about the product. I was able to obtain exactly what my pets needed!!

How long does it to get to the US ?

The first time I ordered, it took almost 2 months total and I had to keep calling. I chalked it up to a shipping mishap and made the mistake of ordering again. It took more than 3 weeks. Becaus eod the delay, my dog broke out in hot spots, lost his hair, got infected and I just spent $300 at the vet. If you need something immediately... this is NOT the place to order. Even though they will update the order and say "shipped" add 4-8 WEEKS to the ship date they post.

I have read that your Seresto collars are fake. Is that true

I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them

BUYER BEWARE. This company is operated outside of the US and their products are ALL knockoffs made at pennies on the dollar... even though it appears cheaper... that's because it's fake.
